Processing Time Frames

We make every effort to keep stock levels on the web site accurate, however at times there may be some disparity (if stock is sold at a market stall, the web site stock level may not be updated until the following day).

For items that are in stock the usual turn-around-time from ordering to dispatch is up to 48 hours. If an item is not in stock but you would like it included in your order, send us an email at hello@essentialcosmeticsco.com.au and let us know what you’re after and how many.

As our product is generally made in small batches, we’ll check if the necessary ingredients/packaging/labels are on hand and if so, let you know if it’s possible to include the item in your order. If not (for example, we may need to order more amber jars etc.) we can advise you of an expected time frame.
